Step 1: Consultation

Your journey begins with a personalised consultation. During this session, you’ll meet with one of our qualified experts, either in person, or remotely, to discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget. Whether you have a clear vision in mind or need guidance, we’ll provide you with inspiration and expertise to bring your design to life.

We’ll also take this opportunity to show you a selection of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals so you can choose the elements that best suit your style.

Step 2: Design

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, our skilled designers will get to work creating a design tailored specifically to you. Using either sketches, 3D CAD technology, or samples, we ensure the design reflects your preferences down to the smallest detail.

Our team will work closely with you throughout, making any necessary adjustments until you are completely satisfied with the final design.

Step 3: Go Ahead

After approving the design, we’ll provide you with a detailed jewellery quote. Once you’re happy to proceed, a 50% deposit secures the project, and our master goldsmiths begin the creation process.

Step 4: Creation

This is where the magic happens. Your jewellery piece is brought to life in our in-house atelier by our master goldsmiths. Every element is meticulously crafted to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.

From smelting precious metals, setting gemstones, to polishing the final piece, every step is carried out with precision and care.

Step 5: Delivery

When your bespoke jewellery is complete, it will be beautifully packaged and ready for collection. For your convenience, we offer fully insured delivery services to clients across South Africa and internationally.
